• Formed in 1995 to develop, own & manage commercial properties and provide brokerage and development services, CP grew to become the prominent, specialized boutique provider of commercial real estate services to select clients in the retail, hotel & restaurant sectors.

• CP was selected as listing agent for the four largest new-build retail/mixed-use projects around Madison in the past 40 years—Greenway Station in Middleton, Hilldale Mall and Arbor Gate in Madison, and The Shops at Prairie Lakes in Sun Prairie.

•  CP developed retail, office, and housing properties along with several local land transactions.

 

The Raymond Group—Vice President

• 15+ year corporate vice president of real estate and development at one of the region’s premiere hotel development, ownership & management companies.

• Responsible for development process of Hilton and Marriott properties including market evaluation, site selection, entitlements, planning & architecture, land closings, interface with general contractors, architects, interior designers, attorneys, etc. to point of construction.

• Trained in operations and management by Hilton, Marriott and Super 8 & oversaw hotel operations as the portfolio grew. 

• Intimately involved in the company earning two national developer of the year awards, from Promus and Hilton.
